All items at PHANKHUE LLC are custom-printed and personalized specifically for each order.
Processing & Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print, inspect, and package your order before it ships.
2. How long does shipping take, and can I track my order?
Shipping Time: For domestic US orders, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can monitor its progress.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made to order, modifications (address, size, design) or cancellations are only accepted within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
4. What is your return and refund policy?

• The product arrives defective, damaged, or with printing/design errors.
• The item is lost during transit.
